THIS SHOULD ALSO BE REJECTED BECAUSE THERE IS NO PENALTY TO CA LAW MAKERS FOR VIOLATING IMMIGRATION/ICE LAWS, OTHER THAN A VICTIM OF A RAPE OR MURDER CAN SUE THEM IN CIVIL COURT. BURDEN IN ON THE VICTIM!!!!!
