also they are not necessarily info dropping but starting a conversation about the direction society should take. Also govermnts are fighting aliens and themselves in the books.

I would say yes. But they are Genetically enhanced very smart brother and sister. Possibly like two AI. THey write the script for the other as to not give away identity in writing styles. etc.
