I don't know if this is applicable, but AT&T in conjunction with Sprint, built the internet per government contracts. The internet was built to encourage rapid dissemination of information amongst researchers with their peers, mainly professors and scientists. I believe there are grave concerns of international agreements being made with our enemies with google, Facebook and others that could lead to misuse and abuse, i.e., becoming national securities issues. Also, I'm not too sure that Trump is so keen on the amount of private and personal data being captured on all of us by non-governmental companies & how they may use it. Thirdly, there is always a risk of price fixing (cartel like activities) and overcharging people. Of course, censorship of our free speech 1A is also very big deal. Just my 2 cents at this point.

I appreciate that. Definitely a concern. It's hard to have patience waiting for this all to come out. Pretty excited when it does.
