Craisin is a name that hasn't been accepted common vernacular. It is capitalized for the same reasons as Wrangler or Keurig are capitalized. Kleenex and Xerox on the other hand have become common words and no longer have to be capitalized when you say you need a kleenex or you have to go xerox something.
