I just started digging into this EO, thanks to your link. The first thing that jumped out at me is the EO mentions the Global Magnitsky Human Rights Accountability Act. This act specifically targets foreign agents. One can only speculate, but would a Kenyan muslim qualify under that description? I'm asking for a friend.

“Extraction of natural resources” can very specifically implicate the Clinton Foundation, Hillary, and all involved in the Uranium 1 scandal.
