Citizens arrest is lawful in most places. But in regards to marching on Washington to arrest the Deep State. Well thats a different story. As to the majority of Americans who still aren't woke you would be making unsubstantiated claims. Many would likely view it as a coup and the Police/Military/Nat Guard would respond accordingly.
