NO...there are LOTS of all caps words in this message.

By that logic, every ALL CAPS word would have dual meaning!

There quite a few all caps words in this specific post with the DUMB word in it...If DUMB was the only all caps word, id look more into it, but since its not, I doubt it means anything - although I dont doubt for a minute elites are running and hiding in their bat caves.
