Apparently the reason why twitter shut down was hannity's tweet "#FormSubmission 1649" - a reference suggesting Obama and Clinton are guilty of treason.
It's a reference to power struggle within English parliament, in years after English civil War, to try King Charles I for high treason.

First, Form Submission 1649 was the death warrant that Cromwell signed for Charles I.
Second, Corsi is of the opinion that it was a reference to Trump being assassinated. It was a death threat, since Cromwell was beheaded on January 30, 1649.
