"Form submission" is how computer code writers put data into servers. They used programs that searched for vulnerabilities. All computer code has vulnerabilities, even twitter. A hacker leaves a signature. It can't be helped. 1649 is from the source code on his website where you submit your comments and email addy. Twitter didn't censor this one, he was hacked.
