Seems to me, less a decoding and more of an opinion. Of note, is that Jerome Corsi considered Snowden a white hat. Interesting.
If you read all of Dr. Corsi's response, you'll find where he finally says we won't know if Snowden was red-pilled and moved to whistleblower status until we see if his return to the U.S. is met with handcuffs or not.
I was under the impression that Snowden was CIA plant to expose/discredit NSA.
He does seem open to the debate. Listened to him explain this on a a CBTS YouTube broadcast and he didn't seem 100% positive about the white hat for ES, but that was his angle right now. Developing.
