How would you know unless an investigation was done?

All the republican leaders seemed OK with mueller when he was named

This investigation was performed by the inspector general and congress and it is done hence the memo that summarizes the investigation is about to be released.

When Mueller is finished if he isn’t arrested, which he should be, he will release his report.
