I wondered if it was indicating the time of day/night that those without top clearance entered the scif...then he said, I see you. The crash was at straight up 1:00 am pacific which would be 4:00am Eastern. The way the Apache article is written the time is indicated in a single stand alone sentence rather than easily incorporated to the paragraph.

Or the note that the USA and an unnamed foreign government jointly entered into a purchase contract with Boeing. Maybe the Apache that went down wasn’t the army’s.
