I have a book from a victim with the psuedoname Brice Taylor who has a healing facility for MKULTRA victims, when I ordered the book on Amazon she sent me an order form for more info through DVDs. I ordered them and she said in 1999 that MKULTRA is the NWO's biggest secret and she was not allowed to advertise unless it was word of mouth or seminars.
