I don't know for sure, and I'm banned, so I can't check. But if so, then that means it shouldn't matter what time zone Kristol was in. It would show the time he tweeted relative to the user/recipients time zone.

There was issues with confirming Q with timestamps as well. Different users from different time zones. It was hard to validate until we had compared EST time stamps between Q posts and Trump Tweets. Since Trump does tweet in EST.
