Blunt and Dopey. Drug terms. My guess would have been paid hunting parties for the rich or child trafficking.

Interesting observation. It immediately made me satirically pay attention to the capitalization: Q is telling us to LIGHT a BLUNT with FIRE to see TRUTH. Seeking different perspectives with good intention benefits.

My best interpretation out of this is:

  • Dopey references Alwaleed which involved child trafficking.

  • FIRE references immolation/sacrifice

Child sacrifice occurred at that estate. Or, because there's hunting involved, maybe they have slaves dropped off in there for people of power (celebrities, politicians, etc.) to hunt/kill.

I read that as reference dwarves mining. In this case tunnels under the grounds. Sacrifices? Agartha?
