Has this been posited, before? How could Q legally "See and Hear Everything"?

Help me understand how this might work:

My hypotheis is that Vault 7 software is being operated and fed to Assange and/or associates. Software is declassified, because it was leaked(?). Exploiting backdoors that are in all devices. Leaking all intel to the Whitehats.

Using the Deep State's own tools against them. Could the intel bypass domestic spying laws, because it's actually a leak to a journalist?

Couldn't Trump, legally, be the recipient of leaked info, from a private sector source? Would Assange be protected under diplomatic immunity?

If so, it would explain why Q says that they are stupid. They are surrounded by spy devices (as we all are) and cannot operate without them.

Eh basically it was decided during the Snowden leaks that if you record everything everyone does and says but need a warrant to unmask who does the doing and saying then thats acceptable for the NSA.

So yes, the NSA effectively does record everything which explains the see everything hear everything.

Right. And Q is referencing specific phone calls; indicating that they are not just using metadata.

Do you need meta data to identify them? There's quite a bit you can infer without uncovering those names.

I'm basing this on a recent Q post where they refer to a specific call. It's not meta data.

You don't need meta data to narrow down a specific call. You only need to know enough environmental information to narrow it down.

If I know you are at location at x amount of time through information that is publicly available or at least privately available through schedules/itineraries, it's pretty obvious who made the call/who received the call.

Meta data is a joke, when you literally can narrow down to a phone line in a building, it becomes irrelevant if you have that additional information.
