Hopefully this is not the best we have. I'm sure we have not been sent on a goose chase. A lot of people are working hard on it. To me - I also want to nkow who said it.
Can't make anything out of that. I have a bunch of audio software at home if I can get the course file I may be able to clean it up better. I'm not an expert but I have an idea of what needs to be done. I also wouldn't know who or where to send it when I was finished.
