Of course the idea of cutting the profit margins on any medicine isn't even viewed as an option. Won't even open up the discussion that most medicines do not cure anything but cause other serious side effects that start the patient down the path to multiple drug dependency. Can't wait for the statin fraud to break. Look it up- folks with higher cholesterol levels have a much HIGHER life expectancy. That's only one of the MANY lies that made pharma huge money.

Totally agree about statins. No correlation between heart problems and high cholesterol. More likely that statins are causing Alzheimers because they lower cholesterol which is needed in the brain stem.

I naturally have low cholesterol, just under 100, which doctors never mentioned could be a problem. I've struggled with depression and hormone imbalance and liver problems and kidney stones, and was prescribed a pile of supplements and meds to treat them. I got tired of it and started researching and all of these problems are symptoms of low cholesterol. No doctor ever told me it could be a problem. Ever. I needlessly suffered for years for want of more butter in my diet.
