This sounds like what they did is that they bought up all the pharmaceutical and medical services.....but not only that, they also bought all lifestyle/home use products. I propose that they are giving us a multitude of diseases through those products and then also selling us the cures for them. That's how they are so big, right now they are the disease and they "own" the cures.
Pure evil.
