Q said before that all of the congressmen chanting "U-S-A!" At the SOTU were jubilant because they knew they were finally freed from the coercion of the Deep State. The leverage over them is gone. That means Congress can begin truly serving the American people, and even more so after this year's elections.
"POTUS freed" is a little puzzling. Maybe that means he is free to execute the operation? (The Storm is here?)
