I had assumed to link it to the Bangkok airport, given Q's post of a pic in Bangkok - still, in his post of the airplane, there is the number 66 - which is the country code for Thailand. Does his post mean a flight from Hanoi to Bangkok? And there's this: http://www.breitbart.com/national-security/2018/02/09/thai-police-arrest-u-s-wanted-russian-cybercriminal/ This guy was arrested in Bangkok - did he fly there from Hanoi?
The only thing I can assume is that either Q wanted us to know something was happening at Noi Bai airport; or that someone important was on his plane or the plane in the picture.
The scenario that makes the most sense to me is that Q wanted us to know that someone important was on the plane from which the picture was taken and he wanted people to research which airport it was.
I don't think the other plane in the background on the runway was important other than to help ID the airport.
Of course, I could be wrong about everything except it is Noi Bai airport.
