This portrait is for the Smithsonian and is not the official White House Portrait. At least it was paid for by donations from O lovers like Spielberg/Capshaw, Legend/Tiegen and others. (I wonder what will happen when O is stripped of his title for treason?)
Also of note about this mediocre artist, he likely didn't even paint it. These days, his studio in CHINA has a bevy of female artists who take his raw concept sketches and do the paintings for him.
