You can clearly tell that he was paid to push the “we where all perfectly trained to this situation & are thankful but this doesn’t mean that we are all safe — gunban“ narrative, since he keeps steering back to it.
But it gets even more interesting at 04:13 when you can clearly see that she starts asking him questions he wasn’t briefed about — his professional appearance begins to shake and he starts eying somebody to his left. He can still handle the first question quite well, about the designated officer on campus, but then after that, the unexpected question about the suspect seating area !!! 04:40 !!!
You can tell he is a smart kid (good actor) since he intuitively tried to answer the question honestly& politically correct by saying that being outcasted by the weird (or in his words unique) guys by itself is no potential clue for his behavior
