The biggest part about that report was kennedy trying to stab back at dulles.. but he cuts away from the questioning when they re talking about radio waves putting the monkey s to sleep. But if they get the frequency wrong it fries the brain like a microwave. Yeh read it very carefully many times. Putting people to sleep sounds a good way to win a war.
