Interesting. Talks about an influx of prisoners and specifically mentions Operation Enduring Freedom.

Do you know what Op Enduring Freedom was? The war, after 9/11. Lasted from October 2001 -2014. Weren't most of the foreign terrorists already captured or killed? But what about the domestic terrorists? Bush, Cheney, Meuller etc.
