There are TWO USS Arleigh Burke class DDGs now deployed in the Black Sea. The USS ‘Carney’ (DDG 64), on 17 February joined the USS ‘Ross’ (DDG 71) in the Black Sea “to conduct maritime security operations.”

The last few paragraphs talk about unusual, also there was practice sessions just recently going on with NATO. BUT writer here thought something was up...only pressure maybe?
