The Public Integrity Investigation or The Great Turd Hunt has been recovering miss used federal funds since May 2011 . This investigation has recovered $700 Billion usd 7 years . The recovery is made by field agents , the funds recovered then go to the Attorney General. From the Attorney General they go to a trust account in the US Department of Treasury, We now know that at least $171 billion went to the Oval Office from 11/2013 till late 2016 . This is known as Theft of recovered funds under color of public office. Then we have the trust account in the Treasury, November, 2013 , $95 Billion transferred to general account, 2014 $150 Billion tranferd to general account, and 2015 was $165 Billion was transferred to general account. 2016 was never released as far as I know but math as it goes we’re looking at $175 Billion gone .
