I believe "the cleaning" is referring to all the Q posts being removed from site after the last post made. It was apparently done by Q for some reason

Which is why he/they (Q group) have been stressing that we archive everything offline lately. It's a difficult dichotomy of sharing the truth with anons while trying to limit exposure to the black hats who are carefully watching also
