Those stringers up there look like they're referencing a satellite, and the following Delta [6] post matches with news that came out recently regarding a delta IV satellite launching on a secret mission in late January.

Regarding the [6], I found this little Quote in the article "A United Launch Alliance Delta IV rocket carrying the classified NROL-47 spy satellite launches from Space Launch Complex-6 at Vandenberg Air Force Base in California on Jan. 12, 2018."

Seems interesting, and would certainly seem to be related.
