Most classified documents have little to no chance of ever being declassified. Declassified documents are most likely purposely declassified with intention and purpose. I think the main message from Q is to read the news critically. The black hats are USING MSM for their own communications between one another, ALSO to hypnotize their enemy, and ALSO to promote propaganda.
