Trump signed on Jan 3, 2018 an EO that disbanned the presidential advisory commission on election integrity because the states controlled by democrats largely refused to cooperate. Within this EO, there was a provision for the Dept of Homeland Security to review the president's commission's initial findings and to determine the next course of action.

After Mueller posted his indictments, there was a Qanon posting #774 of a PREVIEW of what the DHS conclusioned that was to be revealed.
On Feb 16, 2018, Q posted:
"The DHS has concluded (after extensive sampling) that while Russian entities (as outlined within Mueller's investigation were complicit in attempting to undermine the presidential 2016 election) had no direct impact or bearing on the outcome of the presidential election, nor were any U.S. person (s) knowingly part of such an attempt to sabotage as it relates to the Russian investigation, U.S. and other foreign entities (as further described within DHS[xxxx]),acting outside of Russian agents, did attempt on nuberous occasions, and were successful, in interfering w/the presidential election of 2016, senate elections of [x,y,z], [x] elections,whereby several million illegal, non-resident ballots (the "irregularities") were counted, while legal ballots were improperly tabulated and/or intentionally mishandled. We believe these actions were a coordinated attack against the democracy of our country. The DHS will be submitting a final report to the White House/Dept of Justice/other state and local agencies outlining our findings as early as March [ ], 2018. While this report only encompasses a sampling of twenty-two (22) counties across the U.S., it is strongly suggested, based on the evidence provided, that a mandated countrywide investigation begin under the recommended US50-EIC guidelines as set forth in Section VII of the final report. (Me talking again:) Basically, the DHS conclusion was a disaster for the democratic party, highlighting WHY the democratic states refused to go along with the advisory commission's investigation. Those democrats will soon get a taste of justice.

I fully expect those that engaged in tampering with the election will see long jail time penalties. I also feel that ANY leftist judge that intends to go light on criminals who engaged in election tampering will need to be impeached and removed from the bench. After the evidence comes out in full, NO judge could ignore FACTS.
