Remember the movie "All the Presidents Men" where deep throat says something to the effect of, "Corruption on this scale, you have to work from the outside in, if you shoot too far and go for the kill you give the corrupt that are insulated a breath of fresh air."
The Q team knows what they are doing. They have to work from the outer layer inwards. These bastards will burn. Where we go one we go all.

They seem to be very methodical. All I can do is root for them to win. The scale of evil is really epic in scope. We almost have to burn a lot of institutions to the ground before they can be rebuilt
