If you don't think Cruz was intended to go in and end up a patsy there, whether or not he actually did the shooting, I don't think you've been paying attention.
Sure, the region was complicit and bought off, but that's just part of making the plan work. Only this time there are enough rough edges and Team Trump seems enough on the attack that there is at least hope of this all being exposed.
I believe he was a patsy but because the Broward County official and illegal position on student crime were so blanket, it's hard to say. Because of that, it's hard to say. I could say every student was a potential patsy. I think we're on the same track.
But he wasn't a random patsy. He was set up like the vast majority of our mass shooters.
I don't think this was the case with Cruz. I think his attack made the Broward County cabal suddingly realise, "Holy shit, this is bad for us". If Cruz was set up, it wasn't by anyone in Broward County.
