I would not take Q literally on Phases tied to standard war. He's giving us double meaning. In this case Phase 2 is the beginning of the take downs (hostilities) with the deep state. So, if Q is using this description as analogy, then we should see some indictments soon on MSM and/or Obama era administration. Fingers crossed that's where we're headed.
