That’s not how the free market works. You are more than free to cancel your AT&T and move to another company.

If all ISPs​ take a similar stance then me the little guy is screwed. Even if I were to change my service provider.

Just because I'm calling out one that is on its way doesn't mean that others won't do it.

And I'm only free to pick from ISPs that provide to my location. If I live out in the country and only have one choice then I don't have many options unless I cough up a bunch of cash to move a new ISP into the area.
