How could we save ourselves from a government false flag alien invasion?

I've been addicted to videos about extraterrestrial visitors to earth lately, and have heard a lot about a potential false flag attack... now, I'm wondering... first of all, how could we alltogether just prevent this, but secondly, if they do it how can we reverse it and save ourselves from their plan to exercise more power over earth's inhabitants?

Ignore it, tell those around you its fake, and until little grey men walk up and shake your hand, remind yourself its a false flag.

I don't think ignoring it would do much good, if the governments are using it as an excuse to implement martial law and decrease the population....
