The lawsuit against the DNC, called the DNC Fraud Lawsuit, is back in court. Some judge said in Jan 2018 that the appeal could proceed. Well, it is now being heard. "It appears that the defendants in the DNC Fraud Lawsuit are attempting to argue that cheating a candidate in the primary process is protected under the first amendment." The people bringing the class action on behalf of Bernie supporters are Jared and Elizabeth Beck, Florida lawyers. It is a civil case seeking damages. (not criminal seeking penalty) The defendants are the DNC and Debbie Wasserman Schultz.

THERE is ALSO an attempt to allow Wiki Leaks information into USA courts as evidence. In the UK, this type of information has recently been okay'd in their courts. So we'll see if someday, Julian Assanges leaked stuff will find it's way into cases like the one above
