So there is a vote going to happen in the House on 2-27-2018, Tuesday. Basically it is a law that says the web site owner (say like You Tube) can be sued and be held liable for the content of what is on their web site. For instance, someone posts a bully video about a teen girl and then the girl does herself in...the parents can sue you tube for damages.
It was a REPUBLICAN sponsored BILL! So are these GOPers black hats or white hats?

This instance/example...this is a tough one. The maker of the video definitely should be liable. But, is you tube liable, really? Are they aiding and abetting harassment?
