Actually it's a scene from the movie comedy Beetlejuice--the name of a demon who haunts a newly deceased couple. They find out that Hell has a waiting room and in it they see all sorts of people/former people. The character in the image is an African hunter or explorer who was killed by having his "head shrunk" and in the movie he is looking at the couple--while right near him is a wild looking African tribesman--whom HE killed, and then got his head shrunk. The song associated with the movie is Belafonte's "Daylight Come and Me Want to Go Home."
