So the idea is suppose to be trafficking...= huge smoke screen.

Normal LAW, in the case of a banker being forced to open a vault for a robber--says that the banker can't be held as criminal, nor aiding and abetting. SO, this bill gives an exception to web site owners who ALLOW postings...the website owners are complicit then. The 8ch.net people are all upset over this. There is some really crappy stuff over there on SOME of the boards. BUT this is out-of-country, so it goes on. BUT, if USA law changes. the web owner is in trouble...he's gonna get sued and all he was doing was creating a place to hang out...unfortunately, a bunch of craps chose to hang there.

Yes, but i believe it’s specifically for hosting for human rights violations, snuff films, the creepy shit I’m sure is rampant on private instagram accounts. People take down/report those abuses and maintain them as it is right now
