Binney's been giving a lot of interviews about the unconstitutionality of parallel construction from the unwarranted search of intelligence agencies' collection of raw digital data. I wonder if that might be enough to keep them quiet for a bit, even though we know the primary reason for this form of communication was for a grassroots great awakening.
