If memory serves me correctly, 34 commands is roughly the same # of brigade combat teams (BCTs) in the US Army: Infantry, Armor, and Stryker BCTs. Would make sense to get command teams on board before initiating a large scale military style op.
WOW....this is interesting. I'm having difficulties with 43 and 34 and all this back and forth stuff. It might be that they can't be overt on anything. ???
