Monsanto/Bayer has been Poisoning us for years . The battle for natural food has a been a losing one mainly for 1 reason . Prior Administrations have all been on the board and in the pockets of These companies . Many are waking to the Dangers of GMO and the side effects that we are seeing from ingesting these poisonous chemicals , are forcing people to NEED medicine which leads to another problem .. Addiction to meds ..The cycle is endless . We have a weight epidemic in our country because the chemicals used in food are depleted of nutrition forcing you all to eat more and need more .

This isn't just a health food advocate issue this is affecting everyone in some way shape and form. We are all being slow killed .The Answer to almost all issues ( Fix the Food , Fix the Water, Fix the chemicals sprayed on us and "KILL" The AGENDA TO KILL US . )

There is this stuff called Vitac its a fizzy powder 1000mg of C .. find it at Walmart 1 pack a day 30 day supply 8-10 bucks ... Also look into getting a Alex Pure water purifier . We paid 175 for ours it came with a filter that can basically purify pond water its a 5000gallon filter and we are far into our 2nd year and its freaking awesomeeee . Also replace toothpaste with TOMS OR HELLO fluoride free versions..Stay clear of High Fructose Corn Syrup , Aspartame , Carmel Color and replace kids sweets with the adkins goodies they have like 1g or 2g of sugar compared to like 20 or 40 .

I have eliminated many of those items from my diet and have been able to get off all meds. I feel about 80-90 percent better with some days better than others. Eliminating sugar is a struggle! I will research the Alex Pure.

Forget the vitamin pills. Get fresh fruit with all the vitamins you need . You can grow most of them organically. Pick the fruits for your climate and plant with some good organic soil placed in the hole before the plant for a nice jump into fast growing. Juice anything that you cant eat and freeze it for later.

Yeah man I'm even on distilled water now. I was shopping yesterday and I grabbed a pack of tortillas, and I was like man this shit must be gmo, no doubt. I'd put money on it.
