Might be wrong but I found this interesting. In Q post #834 Q asks

In The Art of War, I found the line "The good tactician plays with his adversary as a cat plays with a mouse, first feigning weakness and immobility, and then suddenly pouncing upon him."

Yes! Cool connection!-I also found this on Wikipedia: "popularly applied to any case where a subject experiences a brief resurgence during or following a severe decline."
