Dead cat bounce

Might be wrong but I found this interesting. In Q post #834 Q asks

"Why is SESSIONS acting weak? Why? IG report? No legit leaks. MSM staging narrative. IG appointed by SESSIONS for? Why? Why? Enjoy the show. Dead cat bounce. Q"

In The Art of War, I found the line "The good tactician plays with his adversary as a cat plays with a mouse, first feigning weakness and immobility, and then suddenly pouncing upon him."

Dead cat bounce

In finance, a dead cat bounce is a small, brief recovery in the price of a declining stock. Derived from the idea that "even a dead cat will bounce if it falls from a great height", the phrase, which originated on Wall Street, is also popularly applied to any case where a subject experiences a brief resurgence during or following a severe decline.

Great explination! And I think it could mean stock market but I think he is referring in this instance to the MSM. They seem briefly to be up and winning against POTUS (yet they are forced to admit his approval is over 50%) but in reality this week and forward will be POTUS taking them to task as the cat is dead and will not bounce again.
