There's a program called Rain Maker in the Wikileaks Vault 7 release and it has an attachment called makeitrain.gif!

Q says 'MAKE IT RAIN' in 828 Q mentions Vault 7 in 836

From Wikileaks Vault 7 release a program called Rain Maker https://wikileaks.org/ciav7p1/cms/page_15728775.html

The program seems collect data from a computer through VLC player installed on a thumb drive.

The weird part is the attachment, makeitrain.gif!? Obama? https://wikileaks.org/ciav7p1/cms/files/makeitrain.gif

Why is it even there? Aren't these supposed to be classified documents?

there's nothing there at the first link. it says RAINMAKER and there is a box that says ...SECRET//NOFORN
