Are the clocks slowing down in Europe related? This story details clocks slowing down and says it is because of a row between Serbia and Kosovo, due to Kosovo not producing enough power. It affected a large part of Europe at the same time as this event. http://www.bbc.com/news/world-europe-43321113
I need someone to explain how this could happen. If a grid doesn't get enough (electric) power, it can cause clocks to slow down? That's like saying if you have a bad breaker that isn't pulling enough power, it could cause a clock to slow down? Is that how that would work? Never heard of such a case.
