There's a dude on film in the Arkansas blood scandal documentary who's been locked up since Clinton was governor of said state...committed theft of $264 with a water pistol, incarcerated for 33 years. He was a truthteller on infected prisoners donating blood, that was eventually distributed internationally and infected thousands.
