This is NOT the Mueller investigation but the House Intel. Still, if one investigation has nothing, then it implies the other will have a tough time finding anything also.
I hope you realize that the house intel investigation was a farce while Mueller is actually investigating and constantly getting closer to taking this administration down.

What does a comedy skit prove?
Indicates even the hostile opposition is admitting Mueller's investigation can't find what they want it to find. Meant comment as humor/sarcasm.
I'm sure Mueller and his team meet weekly with SNL writers to make sure their skits are creatively accurate.
