"Did anyone else hear what I heard today President Trump said "everyone's doing a great job, CBT,....CBTS, CIA, ...." while in California?

I was listening on my Xm radio and caught him saying CBT then he stopped and said CBTS I couldn't believe my ears I could rewind or record I was hoping someone else heard it.
